If you are an insurance agent, registered representative or financial advisor and would like to order order annuity, investment and insurance leads and preset appointments, please read over the ordering process below and then contact us to get started.

1. You call in requesting information about the program.

2. Our price structure for the annuity lead program is discussed.

3. The Area is checked for availability to see if any other agent is currently enrolled in our program and in good standing. If there is already an agent within our program in the territory you requested then you will not be given the ability in doing business with PAP. Premier Annuity Prospects guarantees protected areas for agents using our program. All areas are not the same and some are more productive than others to obtain annuity leads. We strongly feel that this is a partnership between you the agent and Premier annuity Prospects. If the agent doesn’t make money , chances are that they would not reorder from PAP, so it is in Premier Annuity Prospects best interests to have highly satisfied agents working the annuity leads. For these reasons PAP is very serious about keeping areas protected for agents within our program.

4. Zip codes are given by agent to Rep for exact number of potential mailers. This is first and most important step involved in the process. You must carefully choose the people in the area around you who best fit the model of an annuity buyer. Choosing to high of an income area can prove to be disastrous for your mail responses. So carefully choose the right income levels along with home ownership and the proper age brackets. We suggest trying at least 5,000 annuity lead cards in multiple zip codes to experiment with the results. Your account representative will be able to help guide you into the correct areas of concentration.

5. Payment is taken. Premier Annuity Prospects has tried to make it as easy as possible to arrange for paying for there annuity lead services. Once you read and reviewed our service contract and faxed it back to us then we will accept payment. Visa and Master Card are accepted along with ACH checking availability. PAP can draw the money straight from your checking account so there will be no delay in waiting for your check to clear. We can get an order rolling the next day if ACH is chosen. Sending a check and waiting for it to clear takes 5 – 8 days normally. 6. Agents begin training if needed. Premier Annuity Prospects has bi weekly teleconference training to keep everyone sharp and trained in how to effectively close more annuity leads. PAP has a library of training vides and audio files of past training materials. It is strongly advised that the newer agents review these for a few weeks before going out on your first annuity appointments. 7. Mail is ordered and dropped. Well here is the start of the rest of your life. Ask any old timer in the annuity business and he will tell you when all else fails send out some mail to get some guaranteed annuity leads. So you have met several times by now with your Rep and the order has been paid for and you are properly trained. The mail will be ordered the day your payment has cleared. There is no time wasted. The turnaround time is just about 3 weeks from the day you order.

8. Agents Bio is obtained. While we are waiting for your annuity lead card returns, there are some things to take care of. Your first job is to write us a short bio. Keep it short and sweet, remembering that we don’t want to talk people out of meeting with you by telling them too much. PAP has seen success with buzz words such as Probate, Social Security, Medicaid Planning, Tax Planning and guarantees. PAP does not allow the use of titles dealing with seniors. If you need clarification please check with your States Attorney Generals office if you are in doubt. The second job is to educate yourself to the market around you and don’t try to fit a square peg into a round hole. What we are saying is if you fit the potential annuity lead into the correct annuity product, you will close more sales. We have found that the more successful agents using the program have a tendency to not rely on just one product alone. Fairness and open mind ness in the clients’ behalf will go a long way.

9. Agents schedule is given to his marketing rep. Two and one half weeks have gone by and your annuity leads are just about ready to begin to come in. You need to speak with your marketing rep and give them some dates to schedule some annuity appointment in for you. The first week they will trickle in then there will be a big hit all at once. Things are looking good and you have many annuity leads. Two things happen at this point. Number one you have activity, and appointments are being booked. You are extremely happy if you followed your rep’s advice and continued to send more mail two weeks after the first mailing, or there are not enough appointments to keep you happy because you didn’t send out more annuity lead cards. You should have mailed more annuity lead cards two weeks after your initial lead card order. Your Rep would have explained this to you in the first conversations with them. When we do not have hot annuity leads to call from, then it gets like pulling teeth and volume decreases significantly. This system works perfectly and seamlessly giving you great annuity leads and annuity appointments providing that mail is sent out continuously. What makes the quality of these annuity appointments so good is that the people have just returned the lead cards back to you requesting more information and then the appointment is booked. We only call the people who have asked to be contacted. We do not call cold from a list. If we did call from a list appointments would be more abundant, but the quality wouldn’t be as good.

10. The annuity lead response cards start coming in to our P.O box and they are allocated to your bank of annuity leads to be used to book preset annuity appointments. At this point you’re only a day away from getting qualified annuity appointments.

11. Appointments are booked. We book your appointments as you like them on the dates and times you request. Special care and attention is given to the fact of time and distance between appointments. We Google map every annuity lead appointment to ensure proper travel time between annuity appointments. All appointments are sent via email the evening prior to your scheduled appointments.

12. Appointments are listened to by a supervisor. All annuity leads are verified and listened to by a supervisor making sure you have a qualified pre set annuity appointment.

13. Appointments are confirmed by quality control expert. On the day before you receive your pre qualified annuity appointment, the prospective annuity lead is called and the annuity lead appointment is confirmed. The appointments are booked by our telemarketers into the time slots designated by you within your schedule. Once the telemarketer books the appointment, they are listened to by a supervisor making sure that the annuity prospect has said they have more than $20,000 in investable assets, own a home, and have an estate value over $200,000. This criterion is strictly adhered to and is a must for Premier Annuity Prospects to consider the appointment a true annuity lead. Once the supervisor listens and confirms that it is a good annuity appointment, then a copy of the conversation is listened to by a quality control expert and calls to confirm the appointment with the prospective annuity lead.

14. Appointments are forwarded to the agents via email or fax. The next day’s appointments are emailed to you by 5:00 P.M the day before. PAP is currently developing an interactive calendar which should be in use by the summer of 2008.

15. Lead cards are reordered every two weeks and paid on the day of order. Annuity leads are dependant on sending out the mail on a regular basis. If there are gaps in sending out mail cards, then there will be gaps in qualified annuity appointments. Mail should consistently be sent to different areas on a regular basis. It is Premier Annuity Prospects belief that 5,000 to 7,500 cards need to be mailed on a monthly basis to have a successful campaign 16. Appointments costs are paid for via credit card or checking account (ACH) on Friday. After your first order, all appointments will be billed and paid for each Friday. Without exception, if a prior weeks appointments are not paid for, or if any appointments are in dispute Premier Annuity Prospects will not except or book any appointments into the following weeks schedule for you. All mail cards and any costs associated with sending out mail response cards are solely the responsibility of the agent and must be paid at the time of ordering.
